Microsoft BCM to Salesforce

We are looking to migrate from Microsoft’s Business Contact Manager to Salesforce.  I can extract Contacts and Accounts out of BCM but nothing else (e.g. contact history, etc).

I've asked Salesforce if there are any drivers/tip sheets to make the transition easier or even possible.  Apparently not.  Does anyone have any experience or advice?

It's a bit of a show stopper and I can't believe I'm the first to try this?
