Mass e-maill custom fields error

Hello everyone,

 

I need help with mass e-mail, templates.  I would like to send emails to leads based on a specific publication they downloaded from our website.  The problem is even though the {!Contact.FirstName} field works great (automatically inserts the leads first name, see below) the custom field {!Download} that I created does not work.  

 

Instead of prefilling the title of the downloaded white paper {!Download} (or {!Contact.Download}) field just leaves a blank space. Below is the actual sentence from my template.   

 

Hello {!Contact.FirstName}, 

 

Thank you for downloading our publication {!Download} (<---- custom field)  from our website.....

 

Appreciate any help or suggestions,
