Mass Deleted Tasks, Activities, Events .. is it possible to recover?

Is there any chance of recovering or reverting back to a previous state of our SFDC installation. We removed all activities, tasks, event from a mass delete after doing an export to clean up data ... Fortunately, there were less than 200 items, as this is a new test install ....., there were real activities, taks and events though.  We expected all of the data, inlcuding activities from "logged call" to be included in the csv file.

Did you check the recycle bin (on the home page)?  If its not there, you won't be able to recover, unless you did an export of the records as a backup prior to the mass delete.

I did execute an export, but it didn't carry the data that I was expecting, ie, scheduled tasks, events. Etc ... Also, I have not been able to utilize the Data Loader ... to HOPEFULLY upload the last modified and other relevant dates ... Data Loader failed login continuously tells me that I have the wrong username / password. I'd try the original "system generated" password, but I've already deleted it.  Any thoughts here ... ??

When using the data loader, add your security token after your password - on the same line with no spaces between the two. If you don't have your security token handy, you can reset it by going into Setup | My Personal Information | Reset My Security Token. Rhonda
