Integtrating SF with online assessment tool - Has anyone any experience?

I am using web to case to capture details that we obtain from users completing an online assessment and reaching a congratulations page where they then complete a form(created from SF web to case in html).  This then goes into SF Cases and a case number assigned and user is emailed back with case number and contact details etc.

What we want to do now is capture the answers to the assessment ( a simple process flow) and have these answers sent to SF as an attachment together with the fields completed prior to submit.

Has anyone done anything like this? 

The data is not stored until they get a 'Congratulations' page as we don't want to record anyone who does not meet the assessment requirements.
