How to set sections to default to collapsed?

I am adding a few custom "long text" fields to the Opportunity object, and am putting each one in its own section, so it can be collapsed out of site.  How do I set that these sections should be collapsed by default whenever an Opportunity is opened?

You can't default the sections to collapsed.  Each user can collapse the section and that setting is remembered for the next time they access the page.  You may just need to send a message to your users letting them know that the sections can be collapsed and inform the how.
