I highly recommend the Conga Merge/Courier tools as well. We have been using it for a long time and I have found it indispensable for scheduling reports and presenting data in formats other than Salesforce allows, like narrative reports in Word, etc.
Mark Whiteside at AppExtremes is the person I deal with and he is very helpful and enthusiastic about their product.
Good luck!

Hi,
I agree, we also using the Conga Carrier for some of our customers.
Altough Winter09 has the new functionality of scheduling reports, you don't have the ability to attached the report in a csv format.
