Campaign sum-up for activites, opptis, members

Hello Community,

this is my first posting and I already enjoyed reading trough some of the best practices in here. I have to admit that I wished there would be a more healthy discussion for new topics like the new graphic type "funnel".

And what is wrong with this Editor that my spell checking is not working - I am lost :smileywink:

However, I initially came to find a solution on this problem: When setting up a campaign with relationships, e.g. a parent campaign and a set of sub-campaigns  I am missing a sum up of the activities, created opptis, campaign members and so on in the parent campaigns.

When SF introduced the campaign relationship a while ago I intended that there would be a standard sum up for activities such there is with account-contacts.

Now that there is none I thought about building an scontrol that fullfills this functionality. But before I go ahead I would like to know if anyone already build something like this or would be interested in doing it together?

Or maybe other solutions that could do the job?

I am thankful for every hint.

Best,

hannes

Can't help with the sum-up, but here are 5 postings on Funnels - all I did was type "funnel" in the search box to get them:

For the next couple of months, a trigger on Campaign Member is the best way to sum up campaign member results on Campaign.  Check out this how to:

For parent child stats, Hierarchy stats go a long way.

For opportunity analytics, campaign influence is a great tool
