Can anyone please give me details about   <c:ecof_servicescomponents> tag

This is a tag for a custom component - do you know where it came from?  I.e. is it part of an installed package, or bespoke development by your company?

You should be able to view the component even if its part of a managed package.  If you can't work out what it is doing you'll need to contact the author.
