Opportunity Division report question.

I have report which displays records based opportunity division object. This opportunity division is  calculated based on opportunity team members account share (account share object - salesperson and account division) and opportunities also get loaded from external system in this object.

But now I wanted to report on this Opportunity division table but they need to be based only on the opportunities which got loaded from external system but not from opportunity team member account share (account share object)

This indirectly takes me to combine few rows of the report (I need to combine opportunities having same account, same opportunity..and all other fields (around 30- text, numer, date fields)  with different salespersons) and show them.

Please let me know if it is possible to do with reports or coding is the only way to get this?
